Kings is an popular rule-making party game played with cards.  You'll need a deck of playing cards, a drink for every player, and an unopened can of beer.  This game is best with 4 or more players.

How to play:

Gather everyone in a circle, and decide who will go first. Spread the cards face down in a circle, surrounding the beer car. The first player picks a card from the circle, and shows it to everyone, and then the game continues based on the card chosen. For each card, follow these rules:

Ace: Waterfall. Each player starts drinking their beverage, starting with the player whose turn it is, and continuing clockwise. No player can stop drinking until the player before them stops drinking.

Two: You. The player who picked makes someone drink.

Three: Me. The player who picked must drink!

Four: Floor. Everyone must touch the ground, and the last person who does drinks.

Five: Guys. Men drink!

Six: Chicks. Women drink!

Seven: Heaven. Everyone points to the sky, and the last person who does drinks.

Eight: Mate. The person who picked picks another player. For the rest of the game, when one of the two is forced to drink, they both must drink.

Nine: Rhyme: The player who picked says a sentence, and then each player in turn must say another sentence that rhymes, until someone stumbles or passes, when they must drink!

Ten: Categories. The person who picked a card names a category, such as car brands, and then names something of that category (ie Honda). Then the next player picks continues around the circle until someone stalls or can't name one. That player drinks!

Jack: Never Have I Ever. The game stops and players play a game of Never Have I Ever, starting with 3 fingers each. The person who is out first must drink.

Queen: Questions. Players must speak in question form until someone messes up, and that player drinks.

King: Make a Rule. The player who draws a king creates a rule, and it is in effect until the next king is drawn.

When a card is drawn, the player must place it underneath the tab of the unopened beer can. Each card will force the tab to open slightly each time, until someone causes the can to crack open. Whoever does must chug the beer!
